The Adoration of the Magi
Window of one round headed light.
This window depicts the Holy Family in the manger with and the Magi who have arrived with gifts, gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Dedication:
‘To the Glory of God and in Memory of James M. Bryson who died 6th January 1894 and Mary Dunn his wife who died 30th August 1902. ‘
Artist/Designer:
Nathaniel Bryson (1872-1918) was born in Edinburgh and trained in Stained Glass window design and also exhibited in the RSA. His studio was based in Greenside near Calton Hill in Edinburgh.
